e-mail to confirm your order and answer any questions you may have concerning

Our team of designers begin brain-
storming on your design. During this
time, we review the client's comments
and information in order to accurately
achieve the client's objectives for the
look and feel of their logo. Ideas are
generated as well as the evaluation of
color, fonts and other criteria.
In 3 business days we will present
you the first 5 or 8 initial designs
(depending on the package). You will
be issued a client name and password
which will allow you to view your logo
variations on a private viewing page
from our website. You will then be
able to make your comments and
select from the initial 5 or 8 designs
the logo which you like best.

After you've chosen the logo concept
you like, we then can start working
on improving the selected logo
according to your modifications.
There is neither a time limit, nor an
extra charge for making these
modifications.
If you are not satisfied with the first
set we present to you, we will redo
them free of charge as part of our
"100% Satisfaction Guaranteed"
policy. |

When all the changes have been
completed and you are 100% satisfied
with your new logo, we will format
your files and send them to you via
e-mail or on a CD by FedEx for an
additional charge. You may be asked
for stationery information, depending
on the package you choose. The
same unlimited changes can be
applied to your stationary design. In
addition, printing services can be
arranged, should the client decide to
have the printing complete by
BusinessCards4me. Printing fees
are not included in our package prices.
